HOW CASHBACK WORKS
A little clarity, from the start.
Our proposed process is simple. You would buy from the retailer; eligible commissions would fund your cashback. Shopping is not live yet.

Review an approved offer
Check eligibility, allowed coupons, categories and material exclusions before choosing a future offer.

Activate intentionally, then shop
A future activation would save your visit and shown terms. You would complete checkout with the retailer, not Mukazo. A visit is not a reported purchase.

Wait for validation and funds
Retailers can decline or adjust purchases. Approved commission is not received cash. Funds must be received and reconciled before availability.

Request only available cashback
After checks, eligible funded cashback could be requested under the eventual payout policy. Methods and timing are not decided.
