Is Mukazo live yet?
Mukazo is preparing to launch. Cashback shopping is not available. Mukazo has no approved retailers and no announced launch date.
Which stores can I shop with?
No retail partners are approved yet. Store requests help our research but do not guarantee availability.
Does subscribing create an account?
No. Launch updates and future cashback accounts are separate. Confirmation is required before launch updates become active. Unconfigured forms cannot accept submissions.
How do I contact Mukazo?
Email support@mukazo.com for general, privacy, accessibility or retailer partnership questions. Automated web forms remain unavailable until the delivery service is configured. There are no live cashback accounts or rewards.
How would Mukazo earn money?
The plan is to share commissions on eligible approved referrals after validation, receipt and reconciliation of funds, and checks.
Does clicking guarantee cashback?
No. A visit is not a confirmed transaction. Actual program eligibility and attribution apply. Rewards may be declined or reversed.
Why might cashback take time?
Reporting, returns, validation and commission payment take time. Approved does not mean received or available.
Can I use coupons?
Only actual offer terms establish allowed codes. A working checkout code does not guarantee cashback eligibility. No codes are offered here.
What payout methods will be available?
Methods, thresholds and timing are undecided. There are no customer wallets, balances or payouts here.
Will I need an app?
Website first, including mobile browsers. Android and iOS are outside the current scope.
How do I unsubscribe or ask about data?
Use the configured unsubscribe flow. No customer account is needed to unsubscribe. For privacy or subscription help, email support@mukazo.com. The privacy policy still requires owner/legal review.
